How quickly can you deliver?
We need at least 48 hours' notice to arrange delivery. Book today and we can typically deliver the day after tomorrow — you'll choose your slot at checkout.

How long do I get to keep the crates?
All packages start at 2 weeks hire — plenty of time to pack, move, and settle in. You can choose 2, 3, 4, or 5 weeks at checkout. Need even longer? Just get in touch.
How does collection work?
No need to book a return slot. We'll reach out a few days before the end of your hire period to arrange a convenient collection time. We're flexible — a day or two either way is no problem.
What if I need more crates than my package?
Just email us before your delivery and we'll add extra crates. We'd rather you have too many than be caught short on moving day.
Is there anything I shouldn't pack in the crates?
The crates handle almost anything — books, clothes, kitchen items, fragile items with wrapping. We just ask that you don't pack liquids without sealed containers or anything that could damage the crates.
Do you cover my area?
We cover all Edinburgh EH postcodes — from EH1 in the city centre to EH41 in East Lothian — plus surrounding areas including Musselburgh, Dalkeith, and Penicuik. Use the postcode checker above or drop us a line if you're unsure.
Can I get a custom quote or a longer hire period?
Absolutely. Our standard packages cover 2–5 week hire periods, but we're happy to arrange longer rentals, larger quantities, or bespoke business agreements. Just get in touch and we'll put something together for you.
